Terms of Service

SaudiToTheUSA is a digital information product: a bilingual online dashboard with an export playbook, a researched directory of fragrance manufacturers, reference links, and planning tools. Price: 500 USD. It is information and guidance only. We are not your agent or broker, and we do not provide or guarantee customers, buyers, or distributors for anything you sell. The factory directory is independent research; we have no relationship with those manufacturers and do not warrant their pricing, quality, or certification.

Delivery. Access is delivered immediately once payment is confirmed. Sign in at sauditotheusa.com/pages/dashboard with the email address on your order; a one-time code is sent to that inbox. There is no password.

Refunds. 14 days from purchase. See our Refund Policy. Access ends automatically when a refund is issued.

No guarantee of results. We make no promise about any income, profit, margin, or business outcome. Figures and calculator outputs are illustrative arithmetic based on inputs you choose, not projections or typical results. Export and import businesses carry real financial risk, including total loss of capital.

Your responsibilities. Business registration and licensing, compliance with Saudi export law and US import law, product safety, testing, labelling and certification, customs, duties and taxes, and every contract you sign with a manufacturer, freight forwarder, or other third party. Nothing here is legal, tax, customs, or regulatory advice.

Permitted use. The dashboard is licensed to you alone. Do not resell, redistribute, republish, or share access. We may end access without refund for credential sharing or redistribution.

Referral program. Optional and free; purchase is not required to take part. Participants must disclose that they earn a commission and must not make any claim about income, earnings, or results a buyer will achieve. There is no commission for recruiting other participants and no multi-level structure.

Changes. We may update these terms. Your purchase is governed by the terms in effect on the date you bought.
