Refund Policy

SaudiToTheUSA is a digital product. Access is delivered electronically and immediately once payment is confirmed.

14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@sauditotheusa.com from the email address on your order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

When a refund is issued, your access to the dashboard ends automatically. You must delete any material you downloaded or copied.

After 14 days, purchases are final.

If you cannot access your purchase

If your confirmation email does not arrive, or you cannot sign in to the dashboard, email info@sauditotheusa.com and we will restore your access. An access problem is not treated as a refund request in the first instance - we fix the access.
