Terms & Refund Policy

1. What You Are Buying

SaudiToTheUSA is a digital information product: a bilingual online dashboard containing a structured export playbook, a researched directory of fragrance manufacturers, reference links, and planning tools. Price: $500 USD.

This is information and guidance only. We do not act as your agent, broker, or representative. We do not provide, arrange, or guarantee customers, buyers, distributors, retail placement, or sales outlets for any product you may sell. The factory directory is independently compiled research — we have no commercial relationship with the listed manufacturers and do not warrant their pricing, capacity, quality, certification status, or willingness to work with you. You are responsible for your own due diligence.

2. Delivery

Access is delivered electronically and immediately on successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation email. To open the dashboard, go to sauditotheusa.com/pages/dashboard and sign in with the email address on your order — a one-time code is emailed to you each time. There is no password and no access code to keep.

If you do not receive your confirmation, or cannot access the dashboard, contact info@sauditotheusa.com and we will resolve it. Delivery failure is not a refund matter in the first instance — we will fix access.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@sauditotheusa.com from the email address on your order.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

On refund, your dashboard access ends automatically and you must delete any downloaded or copied material.

After 14 days, purchases are final.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We make no representation, promise, or guarantee about any income, profit, margin, sales volume, or business outcome you may achieve. Any figures, examples, or calculator outputs shown are illustrative arithmetic based on inputs you choose — not projections, forecasts, or typical results. We have no data on customer results and make no claim about them.

Your outcome depends on factors outside our control: your capital, effort, product, pricing, market conditions, regulatory changes, platform policies, and business judgment. Export and import businesses carry real financial risk, including total loss of capital.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: business registration and licensing in your jurisdiction; compliance with Saudi export law and U.S. import law; product safety, testing, labelling, and certification (including but not limited to COA, MSDS, and IFRA requirements); customs, duties, and taxes; platform terms of service; and all contracts you enter with manufacturers, freight forwarders, or any third party.

Nothing in this product is legal, tax, financial, customs, or regulatory advice. Consult qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdictions.

6. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

The dashboard and all its contents are our property, licensed to you for your own personal and business use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share your account or sign-in codes, or make the material available to anyone else. Access is for one purchaser.

We may terminate access without refund if you share your account or sign-in codes, or redistribute the material.

7. Referral Program

Buyers may join our referral program after purchase. Participation is optional, free, and not the reason to buy this product. Program terms are set out in Section 8 and must be accepted before a referral link is issued.

Purchase is not required to participate — we also invite participants directly, who join without purchasing.

8. Referral Program Terms

Applies to anyone issued a referral link, whether an invited participant or a buyer.

Commission. 25% of the amount actually paid on a completed, confirmed sale made through your referral link. Attribution window: 30 days from click.

Payment. Held 30 days after the sale to cover the refund window and fraud checks, then paid via Paypal or Payoneer once your balance reaches $50. Commission on any refunded or charged-back order is reversed.

Not permitted — grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commission:

• Any statement about income, earnings, profit, or results a buyer will achieve
• Any guarantee, promise, or “risk-free” claim
• Presenting the product as a business opportunity, income opportunity, or way to make money
• Self-referral, or referring an account you control
• Paid search advertising on our brand name
• Presenting yourself as us, or as an employee, agent, or official representative
• Coupon, cashback, or discount-aggregation sites
• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or purchased email lists

You must disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and before the link, in the language of your audience. This is required by law in the U.S. (FTC endorsement guides) and is good practice everywhere.

You are responsible for your own statements. If you make claims we have not authorised, we may remove you and withhold unpaid commission. We may terminate the program or any participant at any time.

No recruitment earnings. You earn only on your own referred sales. There is no commission for recruiting other participants, and no multi-level structure.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Your purchase is governed by the terms in effect on the date you bought.
